Enrol now for the final ERA-NET ROAD Call 2011 ENR MOBILITY conference

ERA-NET ROAD Call 2011 “ENR MOBILITY - Getting the most out of intelligent infrastructure” event to be held in Vienna, Austria on Friday 27th September 2013.



You are invited to the final conference on the ERA-NET ROAD Call2011 “ENR MOBILITY - Getting the most out of intelligent infrastructure” in Vienna (TechGate), Austria on Friday 27th  September 2013.

During the conference, the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the five involved projects, COBRA, SEAMLESS, QUATRA, RAIDER and STEP, will be presented and discussed.

The overall aim of the joint research programme was to improve the management of the European road network. The research did focus on indentifying the challenges faced by NRAs in embracing new techniques to get the most out of the existing network and assist road authorities in identifying feasible, valid and cost-effective solutions for key European roads.
 
Target group is experts from the road directorates, members of CEDR Task 14 and the research community. The programme was based on four objectives:

  1. Impact Assessment of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)
  2. Effective Distribution of Road Authority Data
  3. High Quality Traffic Management/Information Data and Incident Detection
  4. Implementation of Short Term Prediction

The conference is free of charge and will be held in English.
