Winter Road Congress - The 2014 edition will take place under the slogan "Road safety in a context of economic constraints" and it will address road safety and sustainable development taking into account climate change and economic hardship. In addition, the 14th Congress will address specific areas related to road tunnels and bridges in winter conditions. During the four-day meeting, a wide range of presentation topics will be addressed to encourage the exchange of knowledge about winter roadways among countries that experience a severe climate.
