Administrative Management
The management structure of the SMARTRAIL consortium is designed to provide a professional project management environment for the project  as a whole, for the partners and for each WP.  The key areas of concern for this WP are:

1. Administering the funding from the European Union
2. Maintaining appropriate financial accounts and records for the project.
3. Communication with the project sponsors.
4. Review of reports prior to submission to the European Union.
5. Monitoring the compliance of project partners with regard to their obligations in the R&D contract.
